Ana Isabel Cardoso
Degree in Business Management from the Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração de Leiria e Santarém.
Attended the Master in Management and Sustainability in Tourism at the Escola Superior de Turismo e Hotelaria of the Instituto Politécnico da Guarda (teaching component).
Member of ADRUSE- Serra da Estrela Rural Development Association, since November 1999, in Administrative and Financial department, specifically in the Financial, Accounting and Administrative Management of the ADRUSE. Works with various programs in the execution of applications and payment requests (POPH, POISE, PRODER, PDR2020).

Rita Saraiva
Graduated in Sociology in the Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra, since 2004 integrates ADRUSE’s technical staff.
Has experience in the area of Adult Education and Training, preparing applications for community support programs, implementing and evaluating projects and preparing strategic plans and studies.
Also performs Analyst Technique functions within the DLBC / LEADER and SI2E.

Cristina Garcia
Graduated in Management and Social Development from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, joined ADRUSE’s technical team in 1998.
Attended a Master Degree in Management and Sustainability in Tourism at the Escola Superior de Turismo e Hotelaria of the Instituto Politécnico da Guarda (teaching component).
Participated in the implementation of the Rural Centers Program in the territory of ADRUSE – Serra da Estrela Rural Development Association. Has been working in the analysis and monitoring of projects to community programs and in the elaboration and implementation of strategic studies for the Serra da Estrela region. Accompanied projects of national and transnational cooperation.
Cristina was part of the Life-Relict project team between October 2017 and February 2020.
